csd
csd C Source Debugger was a software package from Mark Williams Company for IBM PCs running MS-DOS (2.0 or later) and for the Atari ST. csd and its companion product Let's C C Compiler each cost $75 in 1987. csd was far ahead of its time; debugging C in C rather than in assembler was a revelation. A 1987 advertising flyer for csd is here.
My hard copy of the csd C Source Debugger manual is Rev. 3 from 1987, 7" x 8.25", perfect bound, iii + 96 pp., ISBN 0-927860-04-X. In October 2020, I generated quick-and-dirty PDFs of most sections of the csd C Source Debugger manual from the original sources in this tarball, scanned some pages from the front and back of my hard copy, and then combined the sections to produce a resurrected csd C Source Debugger manual as a single large PDF.
